Justin Caruthers and his family left the hustle and bustle of the city and returned to his roots in Paradise, Texas. The firm's office is a modern, farmhouse-style “tiny house,” nestled in a beautiful country setting. It’s definitely worth the drive, and traffic is never a concern.
Justin started this law practice after living through the reality of losing loved ones who did not plan. His mission is to assist others and help families navigate their end of life issues with dignity and grace through Estate Planning and Medical Assistance Planning as well as Probate and Estate Administration.
In addition to Estate Planning and Probate matters, the firm offers legal services for small businesses including Business Entity Formation, Labor and Employment matters, and Compensation and Benefits programs.
JC Texas Law is able to help with legal matters outside of these practice areas on a case by case basis.
About The Attorney
Justin Caruthers completed his undergraduate degree in 2001 at Austin College in Sherman, Texas where he also played on the college baseball team. He attended law school at Southern Methodist University and graduated in 2008.
Justin has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2009. He is a member of the following State Bar of Texas Sections:

- Immigration and Nationality Law
Justin's work history includes 20+ years of experience in a variety of industries with a primary focus on human resources, regulatory and legal compliance, and board relations.
